Open team.html in any text editor and find the <div class="team-card"> blocks. Each one has:
An avatar (replace the initials with a real photo by changing <span class="initials"> to <img src="assets/team/yourphoto.jpg" alt="Name">), a name, a role/title, and a short bio.
Drop your team photos into the assets/team/ folder, then point each card's image tag to the right file.
